While the kids and I were in Boise the week before Easter, Jordan went on Easter Bunny duty. He bought everything, hid the eggs and toys, and wrote the clues. I have to say I was pretty impressed. The Easter Bunny left a few things in the kids baskets they could see before church, but then he left a note with clues for Daddy to read so they could find the things he left all over the house (it was rainy outside, so the hunt had to be inside this year).
Following church and our Easter egg hunt at home, we headed to the McCarlies home for Easter dinner. I gave Leslie a hard time for all of her food pictures, but then I stole them off her blog to put on ours, so I must publicly apologize!
Following dinner we had an Easter lesson then an Easter egg hunt in the back yard for the kiddos. Thankfully the weather cooperated and since this was now the third Easter egg hunt for our kids (my parents did one for them in Boise) they have more candy than they know what to do with. Jordan has been taking a little bit out of thier stash each night after they go to bed and hiding it so it will be gone faster.
We finished with trifle for dessert.
Happy Easter!

I love it! I felt bad for poor littler Carter on the stairs! And great job to Jordan on the clues, very creative!
