Kings Island Round 2

As promised, we took the kids back to King's Island in August specifically to visit the Dinosaurs Alive attraction and the water park. We started the day at Dinosaurs Alive. It lived up to its hype. The boys we very impressed. The dinosaurs look real and most move and make sounds. I think they have 60 different dinosaurs there off all shapes and sizes.

This guy is my favorite. I love his colors. Look how big he is compared to Jordan!

Next we were onto the water park. I love that they have so many water slides for little ones. I counted 15 slides that both boys were able to go on. Colby was even big enough for some of the bigger ones. Of course, he loved them all.

Colby wasn't big enough to go on this, but wanted Jordan to go, so here he is with some random people.

I thought we'd have to drag the boys out of the water park, but they really wanted to go ride the rides, so we dried off and rode all the kiddie rides.

This time, Carter got the hang of the bumper cars and loved them.

Since this was Colby's day (this was his early b-day present) we agreed to his request to stay for the fireworks at 10:00 pm. After the fireworks we put the boys in the stroller and began to walk towards the exit. Carter asked if we could go on more rides. We laughed and told him we were going home. He was disappointed but got us to agree to let him watch Cailou when we got home (its a 2 hour drive and we knew that wasn't really going to happen). Less than a minute later his head hit his lap and he was sound asleep.  It was 12 fun filled hours of King's Island fun!
