We had new family pictures taken in September. Unfortunantly, Carter was less than cooperative that evening. Colby tried his best, but when you tell him to smile you get the worst looking smile you have ever seen.--more like a monster face! We had to resort to playing and trying to capture pictures while they were playing rather than posing.
We got two pictures in before Carter got really mad. I love how he put his hand in his pocket in the second one. Also, notice Colby's lovely "smile".
Jordan tried to cheer Carter up by tickling him...
but he still hid the second he saw the camera!
Then we tried agian and got this! Carter is smarter than the rest of us....make him look at the camera and he'll just pretend to go to sleep. I don't think modeling is a career he'll be pursuing right now! Add my eyes half closed and Colby's "smile" face and you get one of our worst fmaily pictures ever!
So we kicked the kids out of the picture and took one of just us.
After a little regrouping we did get a few decent ones. This is the one I'll print and frame.
There's that smile again...uggg
