We had a few warm days in January when the kids enjoyed playing outside and tried out the new bike ramp Colby got for Christmas. Colby loves the ramp, but it isn't wide enough for Carter's bike with the training wheels on, so he decided he wanted them off. I tried to put him off by telling him I didn't know how to take the training wheels off, but he went and got the wrench from Dad's tools and practically did it himself. I took him to the street, held onto the back, let go, and he was off. That was pretty much it. It took a few tries to master steering and turning, but he's pretty much a natural. All a week or two before he turned 4.
