My Dad's family holds a family reunion every other summer. This year it was in Nauvoo, IL. Just like you would expect Nauvoo to be in July/August, it was incredibly HOT! We really didn't do a ton of sightseeing because we couldn't stand to be outside, but we did see a few shows including the famous pageant. We also visited a couple of the houses/shops where we received our Nauvoo brick and horse shoe nail rings. Jordan, Anna, and I went to the temple one morning while the grandparents watched the kids. Jon, Ryan, and Liz didn't join us for Nauvoo, but came out later for a trip to King's Island.
My cousin Katie got married in Utah just before the reunion and we attended her reception in Indianapolis along with my parents. My Dad took these pictures and I don't actually have any of the newlyweds, but plenty of my kids!
