Don't let the veggie part scare you off. This is really good and you can't taste the greens. I've been drinking it for brekafast several days a week. I love that you get your 5 servings of fruits and veggies all in one meal.
1 Banana
6 Medium Frozen Strawberries
1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
1/2 cup Pineapple
1/2 cup Carrot Juice
1/4 cup V8 Fusion Juice
1 Large Kale Leaf
Blend juice and kale together first then add other ingredients and blend until smooth. You can substitute spinach for the kale. I prefer spinach and just throw in a large handful of baby spinach. I can't find carrot juice in a regular grocery store, so I buy an apple carrot blend from the health food section of the store. Any other juice works as well. Enjoy!
